Advancing Endoscopic Spine Surgery Through Training and Academics
The Department of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery and Neurosurgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Noida, successfully organised a focused Monopolar Endoscopic Spine Surgery Workshop on 20th September 2026.
The programme provided structured academic and practical exposure to surgeons interested in endoscopic spine surgery.
The workshop combined lectures, interactive discussions, surgical tips and tricks, and hands-on endoscopic training using bone models. The organizers limited participation to 15 delegates, allowing greater interaction between faculty and participants.
The workshop invited national faculty Dr. Abhinandan Reddy from Hyderabad and Dr. Gaurav Chamle from Aurangabad, along with Dr. Pramod Saini as the local faculty.
Delegates’ highly encouraging response has provided the foundation for developing this initiative further. The aim is to make it an annual academic workshop, progressively increasing participation and creating a platform for education and training in Endoscopic Spine Surgery.
